We are pleased to announce that the application for the 2nd cohort of the COMPASS Mentoring Program is open!

The program is targeted to postdocs and science managers (e.g. project coordinators, research unit managers) in the research field "Earth and Environment" and has been set up as a joint endeavor by seven Helmholtz Centers in the Research Field ‘Earth and Environment’, one of them KIT.

Mentees of the COMPASS Mentoring program will be supported in their active and goal-oriented personal career development and professional networking, within and outside academia, in order to take informed and strategic decisions with regard to their future career pathways.

The 18-month program consists of 4 workshops, mentee - mentor meetings and peer networking. COMPASS is open to a maximum of 24 mentees from 7 Helmholtz Centers, two places are available for KIT.

The application phase for the 2nd cohort is open from 6 August to 25 September 2023. The cohort will start in January 2024 with the first workshop. For more information, also on the application procedure, see the KIT ATMOChange Website.
