We are pleased to announce the Bridging Spheres Pop-up Campus,
scheduled for 8-12 April 2024
at KIT-Campus Alpin, Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This is a 5-day Helmholtz top event in science communication that brings together the spheres of science, media, public and policymaking. Participants will learn how to build bridges between their own research and the different spheres and will develop their individual toolbox.
The event is open to 30 participants from the 7 Helmholtz centers in the research field Earth & Environment, with 5 places available for KIT people. It is targeted towards late PhD candidates (2 years completed), postdocs, science managers and senior scientists with a high interest in science communication and a strong connection to questions related to climate change.
Online application through LimeSurvey starts on December 1, 2023 and will be open until January 15, 2024.
